florida living.

Florida Living. Is being outside. The beach. Flips flops, shorts, and tank tops all year round. Wearing Uggs and sweatshirts to make us feel like its “winter”, even though its 85. Water. Riding in the car with the windows down. Relaxed. Walking everywhere until we can drive :) . Being barefoot all the time. Old guys wearing Speedos, confidently. Wearing sunglasses inside. People from everywhere. Writing your name in the sand. Being late. Tan lines. Sweating at late night football games. Mickey Mouse. The ocean saltwater stinging your eyes. Random rain. Waking up with the sun beating into your room. Swimming. Sunburns && aloe. On Friday not knowing what your doing that weekend. Doing whatever, whenever. People saying you’re so lucky you live in Florida, we are. Florida is everything. There’s nothing like it.

Hi I’m Kendall!! This is a blog about Florida and some of the things I’ve learned from living
here! Ironically I’m from Iowa and moved to Florida a couple of years ago! The Florida
lifestyle is so easygoing and unique… I love it and you will too :) I hope you enjoy my blog
and don't be afraid to comment!
&& stay sunny

    Great design, Kendall. I love the header and the images. I think you can have fun with this. Consider who your intended audience is. That will be an important question for you as you develop your posts and your voice. This is a nice start. I think the focus will work for you.

    Wow. A shotgun glass full of sunscreen? That really seems like a lot. I can see why we have some problems with sun-related problems on our skin. Good post. Informative and nice image spacing with text.

    Hi Kendal!
    I can completely understand you as I
    am from Greece one of the most shinny countries! My country is full of picturesque beaches with light blue water and soft sand. In the summer it is like a paradise where you can swim,do water sports or sunbathe!

    Wow this reminds me of a time when I went to new Brunswick. I have always wanted to go to florida and just lie in the sun and swim in the ocean. Do u actually wear uggs and sweatshirts in 85 to make it feel like its winter. I dont have to make it feel like it is winter where i live. I live like in the middle of nowere in B.C.
